Terms and Conditions

Last updated on October 29, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this site, which belongs to the Event Organizer and is hosted on the Taagui platform so you can buy Tickets, tell us who is attending, receive credentials, watch the Live stream and follow your participation. Please read carefully: by creating your account or completing an Order, you confirm that you know and accept these Terms and the platform's Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights guaranteed to you by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

1. Who is who

  • Organizer: the company responsible for the Event, identified in the footer of this site. It is the supplier of the Tickets and defines the schedule, prices, prize draws, Accreditation and delivery of the Event, and also provides customer service to you.
  • Taagui: the technology platform that hosts the site and enables the account, checkout, payments, Registrations, credentials and Accreditation, operated by GAMA VASQUES CONSULTORIA EM TI LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 69.582.078/0001-68, headquartered at Av. Cristóvão Colombo, 2176, room 205, Porto Alegre/RS, Brazil, ZIP 90560-001. Taagui does not organize the Event or sell the Tickets, but is responsible for the operation of the platform as provided by law.
  • Payment processor: Mercado Pago, which processes the charge, the chargeback and the Refund.

2. Account and access

  • To buy, you must be 18 or older, or be assisted by your parents or guardians.
  • You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent via WhatsApp, valid for 5 minutes. Do not share this code with anyone: neither the Organizer nor Taagui will ever ask for it.
  • Your phone number is your identity on the platform: each number corresponds to a single account, which works across all Events hosted on Taagui. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date on the Account page.
  • You are responsible for everything done in your account with your access. If you suspect misuse, notify the Organizer or Taagui.

3. Tickets and Registrations

  • Tickets, prices, available quantities and sales periods are set by the Organizer and shown on the site before the Order.
  • After payment, you receive one Registration per unit purchased to tell us who is attending: yourself or another person, identified by name, email and phone. By naming another person, you confirm that they agree to have this data used for their participation in the Event.
  • Once you tell us who is attending, that person receives by email and WhatsApp a credential with a QR Code, which is personal and must not be shared.
  • You can change who is attending until Accreditation or until the end of the Edition, whichever comes first. The change invalidates the previous credentials.
  • Accreditation is the confirmation of the first entry into the Event, made with the Registration QR, and it is valid for every day of the Edition.

4. Orders and payments

  • Before paying, you see a summary with the Tickets, the discount applied and the total amount.
  • Pix: the Tickets are reserved for 30 minutes after the code is generated. If payment is not made within this period, the Order expires and the Tickets become available again.
  • Credit card: available for Orders from R$ 5.00, when offered by the Organizer. The Order is approved or declined instantly. For installments, interest is charged by the payment processor and shown before confirmation.
  • Paid Orders require the buyer's CPF or CNPJ. Orders with a total of zero are confirmed without payment.
  • The Order is confirmed when the payment is approved, and you receive the confirmation by email.

5. Discount codes

The Organizer may offer Discount codes with a validity period, minimum Order amount, limited number of uses and, in some cases, applicable to a specific Ticket. One code can be used per Order, and the conditions of each code are shown when you apply it. The Organizer may end a code at any time, without affecting Orders already placed with it.

6. Right of withdrawal and Refund

  • A Refund is the full return of the Order, requested within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation, under the right of withdrawal in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just ask the Organizer or Taagui through the channels in section 15, with no need to give a reason.
  • There are no partial refunds: the Refund applies to the whole Order, never to part of the Tickets. There is also no Refund for an Order in which any Registration has already gone through Accreditation, because the service has already started being provided.
  • After these 7 days, the Order is non-refundable.
  • The Refund returns the amount paid using the same payment method used for the Order and takes effect once confirmed by Mercado Pago. For cards, the chargeback appears on your statement according to the card issuer's timeline.
  • With the Refund, the Order's Registrations are canceled, the credentials stop working and the Tickets become available again.
  • In addition to withdrawal, you keep all other rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, including if the Event is canceled or not held as announced.

7. Prize draws

Prize draws are run by the Organizer within an Edition, among accredited Attendees who have not yet won that draw. The prize, its delivery and the other rules are the Organizer's responsibility and are announced by them.

8. Live stream

When the Organizer streams the Edition, watching on the site requires a quick sign-up with name, phone, email, company and job title. The video is played through YouTube, and the Organizer decides when the Live stream is available.

9. Reviews and Certificates

  • After the Event, those who went through Accreditation may receive an email invitation to rate the Edition from 1 to 5 with an optional comment. The review is submitted only once per Registration, cannot be changed and is seen only by the Organizer. Do not submit offensive, discriminatory or false content, or content with other people's data.
  • When the Organizer issues certificates, the accredited Attendee receives the link to their Certificate by email. Each Certificate has a validation code that anyone can check on this site.

10. Sponsors

During the Event, you may show your Registration QR to a Sponsor. By doing so, you authorize them to receive your name, email, phone and company in order to contact you. Showing the QR to a Sponsor is always optional.

11. Emails

You receive emails about your Order and your Registration, such as the payment confirmation, the pending payment reminder and the credential. The Organizer may also send announcements about the Event to those who bought or registered. You can stop receiving announcements through the link at the bottom of each one, while still receiving the emails about your Order and your Registration.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, not to impersonate another person, not to use third-party payment methods without authorization, not to resell or forge credentials, not to try to circumvent Ticket or Discount code limits and not to interfere with the operation or security of the platform. In case of proven fraud, the Order and the Registrations may be canceled, with the amount paid returned when due.

13. Intellectual property

Trademarks, texts, photos, videos and other content on the site belong to the Organizer, its Speakers and Sponsors or to Taagui, as the case may be, and may not be copied or used without authorization. The Live stream may not be recorded or rebroadcast without the Organizer's authorization.

14. Responsibilities

  • The Organizer is responsible for the Event, the schedule, the Tickets, the information it publishes, the prize draws and on-site customer service.
  • Taagui is responsible for the operation of the platform. It works to keep the site available and secure, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to third-party failures, such as internet and payment providers.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes the liability that the law assigns to the Organizer or to Taagui towards you.

15. Governing law, jurisdiction and support

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes may be brought before the courts of your domicile, as guaranteed by article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Before that, contact the Organizer through the channels listed on the site or write to contato@taagui.com.br, and Taagui will reply within 5 days, as provided by Decree No. 7,962/2013. You may also turn to Procon and to the Federal Government's consumidor.gov.br platform.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. The date at the top indicates the version in force, and the version that applies to each Order is the one in force when you placed it.
